After working as Marcus Wearing's head chef at The Berkeley for several years, Alyn Williams launched his own restaurant in Autumn 2011. It wasn't long before serious recognition followed in the form of four AA Rosettes and a coveted Michelin star. In 2012, he was also named National Chef of the Year by the Craft Guild of Chefs.

Situated in London's exclusive Mayfair neighbourhood, the Westbury Hotel is a modern 5-star landmark. Alyn's restaurant within features a stylish and elegant dining room in the centre of the hotel, branded by John Lancaster at The Guardian as "a temple of gastronomy".

    Having eaten at some on the UKs top restaurants, Alyn Williams at the Westbury has stormed to the top of one of my most memorable meals to date, I will definitely be returning in future. Very, very good food, very nice indeed.
