Michelin-starred restaurant, Quilon offers the best of south west Indian cuisine in London. Chef Sriram’s subtly seasoned seafood dishes put this unfamiliar Indian cuisine on the international food-lovers map - earning the restaurant a Michelin star in 2008, having retained it ever since. Matching the artistry on the plate is the specially commissioned artwork from the prestigiously awarded Indian artist, Paresh Maity that adorns the restaurant’s walls. A real treat for all the senses - combining soft coastal flavours and innovation.
Opening its doors in 1999, Quilon did not take long to establish a reputation for itself. Head Chef Sriram Aylur introduced the cuisine of south west India to London to great acclaim; Chef Sriram’s ability to make the unfamiliar cuisine appeal to everyone’s taste resonates to this day. Chef Sriram has meticulously designed his menus to showcase the traditional flavours and ingredients of south west coastal India, while including the progressive elements of modern cooking. The success of Sriram’s dishes won Quilon a Michelin star in 2008, which the restaurant has maintained ever since. The unique-to-Truly menu is consists of the popular five-course tasting menu, with a sixth dish included exclusive to Truly guests dining at Quilon. Expect subtle spicing and flavours presented with modern twists; a unique blend of ethnic and progressive dishes with seafood at its heart.
