How do I get a refund?

We'll refund any unbooked experiences within 30 days from purchase. To arrange this please contact our concierge team by email ([email protected]) or by chat with your order number and we'll process your refund.

For any experiences purchased over 30 days ago, we offer exchanges for a monetary gift card of equal value.

Please note that refunds are issued to the purchaser. If you received this experience as a gift, we can offer you an exchange, but not a refund.

How do I exchange my experience?

You can exchange an unbooked and unexpired certificate at anytime. Contact our concierge team ([email protected]) with your certificate number. We'll issue you a monetary gift card of equal value to use on any experience on the site.
