Club Gascon, located in the heart of London, is a Michelin-starred restaurant that opened in 1998. Founded by Chef Pascal Aussignac and business partner Vincent Labeyrie, it is housed in a former Lyon’s Tea house, preserving many original architectural elements. The restaurant specialises in the cuisine of Gascony, covering a region from Bordeaux to Toulouse. Awarded its first Michelin star in 2002, Club Gascon has retained this accolade annually, celebrating the culinary heritage of Southwest France with modern flair. A recent renovation adds to its charm with a subtle marble finish, enhancing the intimate atmosphere.
Club Gascon has a culinary edge with creative concoctions that make it wonderfully unique. Flavours are bold, with past dishes including 'Ox Oh La La': marbled duck foie gras, oxo, plum wine and Armagnac. Club Gascon's wine cellar is also well stocked with numerous specially imported wines. Wine pairings to the tasting menu are available and chosen by the knowledgeable head sommelier.
This experience can be catered for vegetarian and pescatarian.
Please note that this experience is not available during the festive season, from 26th November until the end of December. During this period, you can still make a reservation, and the value of your certificate will be applied as credit towards the bill. Any difference to cover the cost of the festive menu can be paid directly at the restaurant.
