More About Club Gascon

Having opened Club Gascon in 1998 with much critical acclaim, it was little surprise when the restaurant gained its first Michelin star shortly afterwards, in 2002. Club Gascon has a culinary edge with creative concoctions that make it wonderfully unique.

Founded by Chef Pascal Aussignac and business partner Vincent Labeyrie, it is housed in a former Lyon’s Tea house, preserving many original architectural elements. The restaurant specialises in the cuisine of Gascony, covering a region from Bordeaux to Toulouse. Awarded its first Michelin star in 2002, Club Gascon has retained this accolade annually, celebrating the culinary heritage of Southwest France with modern flair. A recent renovation adds to its charm with a subtle marble finish, enhancing the intimate atmosphere.

Club Gascon's wine cellar is also well stocked with numerous specially imported wines. Wine pairings to the tasting menu are available and chosen by the knowledgeable head sommelier.
