With the help of a mentor chef, you’ll spend the day (10AM to 4PM) in the kitchen, learning about and preparing the highest quality produce for a busy lunchtime service. This is perfect for the guest who wants to to know what it's really like to work in a Michelin-starred kitchen- get hands-on with nitty gritty, behind-the-scenes tasks - you may be asked to peel vegetables or assist in other ways! When diners start to be seated, your attention will switch and you will be stationed at the pass to work alongside Chef Ollie Dabbous while he assembles his stunning dishes.

Any additional products or services consumed can simply be paid for on site. Note that service charge (gratuity) is not included with dinner; this is at your discretion.

Dabbous is open for dinner Monday to Friday (5.30pm to 11.30pm), and Saturday (6.30pm to 11.30pm).

The menu is subject to seasonal change and availability. Please state any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
