Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, A Belmond Hotel is nestled in a stunning 15th-century manor house in Oxfordshire and with two Michelin-stars, it is a world-class gastronomic destination. Oxfordshire heritage meets French flair at this country house hotel and cookery school setting the standard for haute cuisine.
Awarded two Michelin stars in the first year of opening in1984, it has retained them every year since. It has also received a plethora of accolades over the years. An established household name and one of the most respected chefs in the UK, Raymond Blanc opened the Cookery School in 1991 and is the only cookery school situated on the same site as a Michelin-star restaurant.
This experience is available on selected weekends throughout the month:
Each booking will be held in small groups of up to 8 people.
At least 14 days’ notice is required for any cancellations.
This experience is not available on bank holidays and other special occasion days such as Valentine’s Day.
All bookings are subject to availability. Booking may be required up to 8 weeks in advance for popular courses.
Classes are taught in The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. Note that this is separate to Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, A Belmond Hotel restaurant kitchens.
Please note that half-day courses are mostly demonstrations with only one practical dish and all other dishes are to watch and learn. If you are looking to learn more hands-on cooking, we would suggest booking a full day course as in that there are around 2-3 practical dishes.
All guests are offered tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival in the lounge at the time of their arrival which is 15mins prior to their course start time.
