Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, a restaurant and hotel situated in the Oxfordshire village of Great Milton, is renowned as one of the UK's leading gastronomic destinations. Raymond Blanc OBE is without doubt one of the most respected chefs in the UK today. After opening Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in 1984, within a year it had been awarded two Michelin stars. Astonishingly, it has held onto these every year since. In 1991, Raymond opened The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. It's the only cookery school in the world situated on the same site as a two Michelin star restaurant, making it a cookery class gift with a unique difference. Blanc himself summarised the school best, saying "In a fun and interesting way, we have been able to nurture the natural love of food and provide guests with the skills they need to translate this love into beautiful and imaginative cuisine." Head tutor Mark Peregrine, who was Blanc's very first apprentice, brings over 30 years of experience to classes.

Each course will be held in small groups of up to 10 people.

At least 14 days’ notice is required for any cancellations.

This experience is not available on bank holidays and other special occasion days such as Valentine’s Day.

All bookings are subject to availability. Booking may be required up to 8 weeks in advance for popular courses.

Classes are taught in The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. Note that this is separate to Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons' restaurant kitchens.
