Famous chef Raymond Blanc's restaurant Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire is one of the UK's leading gastronomic destinations. Opened in 1984, the venue was awarded two Michelin stars within its first year of opening and has retained both ever since.
A largely self-sustained venue, produce used at both the restaurant and school are sourced from Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'saisons' impressive on-site kitchen garden, earning it the title of ‘Sustainable Hotel Restaurant of the Year 2014’.
Celebrity chef and people’s favourite, Raymond Blanc OBE opened The Raymond Blanc Cookery School in association with his restaurant in 1991. Head tutor Mark Peregrine, who was Blanc's very first apprentice, brings over 30 years of experience to his classes. Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons regularly turns out amazing UK chefs, including three finalists of 2014's Young National Chef of the Year award.
Impress your nearest and dearest by designing the perfect menu, cooking and serving dinner at The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. You’ll have the unique opportunity to enjoy one-on-one menu consultation with a cookery school skilled tutor, who will be on-hand as your sous chef on the day of the event. An expert sommelier will also advise on wine to pair with each course.
Access the dining space from the afternoon onwards to prepare your meal. Suitable for up to eight guests, the space is entirely your own to entertain in. All ingredients will be included, as well as a welcome glass of champagne, canapés and post-dinner coffee and petits fours.
This experience is for up to eight people, or as few as you would like.
This experience includes all ingredients. Luxury items such as caviar, lobster or truffles require a supplementary charge.
Wines are not included in the price of this experience. A Sommelier will attend the pre-meeting to suggest wines from the wine list; these are charged on consumption.
The cookery school can supply all china, cutlery, linen, glasses, and background music; or you may bring your own.
Your event will be hosted in The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. Note that this is separate to Belmond Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons' restaurant.
At least four weeks’ notice is required for any cancellations.
