Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is a globally renowned chef, best known for his unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients, a style often called "Nobu style". Alongside business partner Robert De Niro, he has grown Nobu into a global brand, with restaurants in cities across the world, each committed to the finest ingredients and impeccable service.
