As evening falls, step into Nobu London on Old Park Lane and place yourself in the chef's hands. Omakase translates as 'I'll leave it up to you' in Japanese or, as Nobu likes to say, a menu served directly from the chef's heart.
The Signature Omakase is Nobu's classic tasting menu, bringing together some of the restaurant's most iconic dishes, such as Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura and the Nobu Sushi Selection. Relax as each course arrives, showcasing the Nobu style that has made the restaurant famous around the world, where Japanese tradition meets Peruvian flavour.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is a globally renowned chef, best known for his unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients, a style often called "Nobu style". Alongside business partner Robert De Niro, he has grown Nobu into a global brand, with restaurants in cities across the world, each committed to the finest ingredients and impeccable service. At Nobu London on Old Park Lane, signatures include the Yellowtail Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso marinated in Den miso for several days, and Rock Shrimp Tempura with a creamy spicy sauce.

The Signature Omakase is available every evening, from 6pm to 10pm. Last orders for the omakase are taken 45 minutes before the kitchen closes.
