Hartnett Holder & Co is Lime Wood's stylish, relaxed restaurant; overseen by Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder. Angela is one of the world’s most acclaimed female chefs having worked under Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing, before launching her own Michelin-starred Mayfair restaurant, Murano. Luke Holder's career has taken him from London to the Michelin three-starred Enoteca Pinchiorri in Tuscany.

Head behind the scenes with a day-long class at Hartnett Holder & Co Backstage. Taking place in a purpose-built cookery school kitchen, the course draws on Angela and Luke’s Italian approach to cooking and eating, where sharing and provenance are key. Their philosophy is built around chefs' home-cooked food, not chefs' food cooked for restaurants. The Backstage experience will let students in on the tricks of the trade and some of the secrets to Angela and Luke’s signature home-cooked style.

Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to promising master chefs, the co-owners urge “the foodie in you to jump right in and discover, taste and embrace.” Choose from a wide range of courses including meat masterclasses, vegetarian cooking, lessons in catering for parties and overviews on Italian classics such as pasta and risotto. Exclusive to Truly, students will also receive a complimentary Angela Hartnett cookbook to continue cooking at home in Angela’s style.
