Participants will be given a butcher's coat, chain mail glove, appropriate knives and equipment needed to prepare the meats. 

Students take home all meat worked on during the class, as well as recipes to cook the succulent cuts and a bottle of wine from the wine shop. This is the perfect experience for those wanting to sharpen their butchery skills.
