Step into the refined setting of Pied à Terre’s 1st Floor Kitchen Table for an unforgettable masterclass led by David Moore, founder and visionary behind one of London’s longest-standing Michelin-starred restaurants. Choose from three distinctive classes: Pasta, Ceviche & Tartare, or Plant-Based Masterclass, each designed to elevate your culinary skills with hands-on guidance.

Pasta Masterclass

You will learn the technical skills and methods involved in the art of pasta making - from preparing the dough, rolling it out, to boiling it to al dente perfection. You will make ravioli with various fillings from salmon to fresh ricotta and learn how to perfect traditional Italian gnocchi.

Ceviche & Tartare Masterclass

If you love the fresh flavours of raw food, this masterclass is for you. Join us at Michelin-starred Pied à Terre in London to uncover the art of raw preparation. 

During this class you will learn how to prepare salmon gravadlax and a tiger milk marinade to enjoy later, and create sea bream ceviche, scallop marinade and steak tartare.

Plant-Based / Vegan Masterclass

The most recent class menu included creating a cashew dip, cauliflower and orange soup, papoutsakia for a main course and finishing with chocolate mousse and madeleines. You will also learn how to make a nage - the vegetable stock base for plant-based cooking.
