Private Mini Chocolate Class with Champagne Afternoon Tea by Cake Boy

Having become fascinated with the art of patisserie in his native France from the age of ten, Eric Lanlard has gone on to become one of Europe's most celebrated pastry chefs. Moving to the UK in 1989, Eric was recruited by multi-Michelin star chefs Albert and Michel Roux - and within two years became head pastry chef.

Since going into business for himself, Eric Lanlard has baked cakes for the likes of Madonna, Claudia Schiffer, Liz Hurley and Elton John from his cake emporium in South West London, Cake Boy. He has appeared on hit television programmes such as "The Great British Bake Off", "Masterchef " and "This Morning" and even landed two TV shows of his own, most recently Channel 4's "Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard".

This masterclass is entirely private. You will learn to craft their iconic Valrhona Chocolate Ganache Torte and a dozen hazelnut praline truffles. Afterward, delight in a signature Afternoon Tea experience. It's a perfect blend of creativity, indulgence and elegance—all under one stylish roof. Each person will havea Cake Boy apron to take home.
