A warm welcome, wine aplenty and professional chefs to guide the way – this is what one can expect from The Avenue Cookery School. A family business, run by chef Diana Horsford and her two children, offers a friendly and fun environment where teaching and sharing is the name of the game. Sushi-master, Richard, leads the sushi making class, showing one how to make everything, from california rolls to maki and hand rolls. It’s safe to say that one is sure to leave fuller, happier and teaming with new knowledge.
