MINI MASTER CHEF Children’s Cooking Class by Avenue Cookery School

The owner and head chef at The Avenue Cookery School is Diana Horsford who infamously taught at the Grange Cookery School in Somerset for seven years, before starting The Avenue. Her demonstrations are full of humour, fun and packed with interesting and relevant information. Children cook in pairs or as a team to create a tasty dish which can be enjoyed in the kitchen or taken home. They will be guided on how to prepare the food using the right utensils and how to put it all together in order to make it their own. Some of the classes on offer include dimsum, Thai green curry, chocolate mousse and even sushi!A recipe booklet will be emailed to you so that you can support your children in making the same dishes at home. These classes are also perfect for those needing to complete their skill section for their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze, Silver or Gold.
