The Table Lumière at three Michelin star restaurant, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester is an enchanting, semi-private dining experience, enabling guests to enjoy the ambience and buzz of the restaurant while being nearly screened from view by a draping curtain of 4,500 glittering fibre optic lights.

According to Ducasse, the unique dining concept is a harmonious combination of “all the right elements - food, service, design and atmosphere - that creates a truly special dining environment. Table Lumière has its very own harmony.”

Alain Ducasse is celebrated as one of the most famous chefs in the world. Awarded 21 Michelin stars across the globe, from Paris to Tokyo, Las Vegas to Hong Kong, he has also made history being the only chef ever to attain three Michelin stars at three venues simultaneously.

Table Lumière enables guests to tailor the table setting by choosing from a selection of four vintage Hermès crockery collections, including ‘Rythme rouge’, ‘Mesclun’, ‘Century’ and ‘Fil d’Argent’. Also decorating the table are the finest creations in of Puiforcat silverware, table ornaments and Saint-Louis glassware.

For the Table Lumière experience, guests will be able to enjoy a bespoke seven-course Tasting Menu showcasing Alain Ducasse’s ambitious, creative and refined French cuisine expertly interpreted by Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet. The restaurant consistently champions seasonal produce, much of which is sourced from British and French suppliers, to produce signature dishes such as "Sauté gourmand" of lobster, truffled chicken quenelles and homemade pasta.
