The pastry kitchen at The Rubens is led by the talented pastry chef Sarah Houghting (currently competing in Bake Off: The Professionals), producing the freshest pastries and cakes that celebrate the hotel’s location overlooking the Royal Mews of Buckingham Palace. This delicious Afternoon Tea features mouth-watering pastries that were heavily influenced by the House of Windsor, and especially inspired by Her Majesty the Queen.
