Guest Chef Dining Experience at Carousel London

There is always something new cooking at Carousel. Each week, a different guest chef takes over the Charlotte Street kitchen, bringing ideas and flavours from restaurants and cities around the world. Guests enjoy a set menu created specifically for that residency, making every visit a chance to discover something completely different.

Upcoming Guest Chefs

• Boreal - Helsinki - 1st-5th September. Michelin-starred Boreal showcases modern Nordic cooking inspired by Finland’s landscape, wild ingredients and preservation techniques.
• Salonee Patel - Marseille -8th-12th September. Salonee Patel brings a contemporary take on Gujarati cooking, drawing on Indian and Ugandan flavours alongside her experience in London and Marseille.
• Soixante - Antwerp - 15th-19th September. Jakub Błogowski of Soixante reimagines traditional Polish flavours through modern fine-dining techniques.
• Carmelita Molino y Cocina - Tijuana - 22nd-26th September. Joe Figueroa returns to Carousel with the bold Mexican flavours and seafood-led cooking of his acclaimed Tijuana restaurant.

Carousel has been bringing an ever-changing line-up of guest chefs to London since 2014. Now based on Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia, its flagship programme connects diners with chefs from across the world through short-term residencies and menus created especially for London. More than 350 chefs from over 80 cities and 50 countries have joined the programme so far.
