With a deep-seated passion for evolving and blending old and new traditions in taste, Chef Sriram’s Quilon has put south west coastal Indian cuisine on the international foodie map - earning a Michelin star in 2008, and retaining it ever since.
Carefully pairing international beers with his courses, Chef Sriram has created this unique south west Indian tasting menu of contemporary and healthy dishes that incorporates cuisines from Goa and Kerala, executed with modern flair, style and a deep respect for each dish’s traditional ingredients. The menu embodies a unique blend of ethnic and progressive dishes with seafood at its heart, while also offering meat, poultry and vegetarian options. Each dish comes with accompanied by a refreshing beer.
