During the visit, the Chef will guide guests through the market while sourcing ingredients for their bespoke evening dinner, offering an insight into selecting quality produce and planning the menu.
Afterwards, guests may return to the hotel with the Chef or spend the afternoon exploring central London at their leisure.
From 5:30 pm, guests return to The Rubens at the Palace for a bespoke dining experience at The English Grill. Based on a menu discussed and agreed with the Chef in advance, dinner is personally prepared using carefully selected ingredients, bringing together the morning's market visit and an individually tailored evening meal in the elegant surroundings of the 5-star hotel.
