The centrepiece of the restaurant is the Table Lumière cocooned by a luminescent oval curtain dropping dramatically from the ceiling and shimmering with 4,500 fibre optic lights. Alongside ambitious, creative and distinctive French cuisine served on a stunning set of Hermès china, Puiforcat silverware and Saint-Louis crystal, the Table Lumière is a magical dining experience.

The Table Lumière at three Michelin star restaurant, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester is an enchanting, semi-private dining experience, enabling guests to enjoy the ambience and buzz of the restaurant while being nearly screened from view by a draping curtain of 4,500 glittering fibre optic lights.
According to Ducasse, the unique dining concept is a harmonious combination of “all the right elements - food, service, design and atmosphere - that creates a truly special dining environment. Table Lumière has its very own harmony.”
Table Lumière enables guests to tailor the table setting by choosing from a selection of four vintage Hermès crockery collections, including ‘Rythme rouge’, ‘Mesclun’, ‘Century’ and ‘Fil d’Argent’. Also decorating the table are the finest creations in of Puiforcat silverware, table ornaments and Saint-Louis glassware. For the Table Lumière experience, guests will be able to enjoy a bespoke seven-course Tasting Menu showcasing Alain Ducasse’s ambitious, creative and refined French cuisine expertly interpreted by Chef Patron Jean-Philippe Blondet.

The restaurant consistently champions seasonal produce, much of which is sourced from British and French suppliers, to produce signature dishes such as "Sauté gourmand" of lobster, truffled chicken quenelles and homemade pasta.
