According to Ducasse, the unique dining concept is a harmonious combination of “all the right elements - food, service, design and atmosphere - that creates a truly special dining environment. Table Lumière has its very own harmony.” Alain Ducasse is celebrated as one of the most famous chefs in the world. Table Lumière enables guests to tailor the table setting by choosing from a selection of four vintage Hermès crockery collections, including ‘Rythme rouge’, ‘Mesclun’, ‘Century’ and ‘Fil d’Argent’. Also decorating the table are the finest creations in of Puiforcat silverware, table ornaments and Saint-Louis glassware. For the Table Lumière experience, guests will be able to enjoy a bespoke seven-course Tasting Menu showcasing Alain Ducasse’s ambitious, creative and refined French cuisine expertly interpreted by Chef Patron Jean-Philippe Blondet.
