With this Amalfi Maserati tour, you will be able to absorb these incomparable sights while taking to the winding mountain road. Staying in a luxury hotel in charming Napoli over the course of three nights, the Maserati will be delivered to you by morning on one of the days. From here, you can cruise across to the picturesque town of Sorrento, where the famous SS 163 Amalfitana begins.

Famous for its zigzagging route and hairpin turns, the road winds along the cliff edge at a steep angle, with a number of sheer drops and serpentine twists and turns. Along the journey, you will first come to Positano. Sitting in a spectacular panoramic position, overlooking the Amalfi coastline and the surrounding hills, the charming town centre is equally as inviting as the views. Its cobbled lanes lead past a variety of beautiful pastel-hued houses to the Santa Maria Assunta parish church. Make sure you take a look around some of the town's many colourful shops.

Next you will come to the town of Amalfi. With its typically Mediterranean architecture, white houses are stacked up in delightful fashion. Having admired Amalfi's sights, it will be time to embark on the journey up to Ravello. The jewel in the Amalfi Coast's crown, Ravello sits at the loftiest position of any town on the coastline, offering views beyond compare. Enjoy the array of specialist shops located in the town's tangle of prepossessing nooks and crannies. Spy on stunning gardens and villas, perfectly primmed, and admire the incomparable vista, as the gaze extends from the beautiful flora to the jutting mountains and cobalt sea beyond.

Continuing to the end of the scenic SS 163 Amalfitana at Salerno on this Amalfi driving tour, the only reasonable thing to do is to turn back and enjoy the ride again from the other direction. Reaching Sorrento again by the evening, we will arrange for you to enjoy the finest Michelin star dining at one of the town's leading restaurants, capping off the magnificent day.

Some guests may also wish to take the route to the ancient city of Pompeii at some point. Europe's most compelling archaeological location, the Roman town appears almost as it was 2000 years ago when it was buried under a layer of burning pumice stone. Having born witness to the sheer might of the towering Mount Vesuvius, you may wish to make the trek to the top of the nearby volcano. Stare down into the black abyss of its crater to gain a sense of the power behind the dormant volcano.
