With a focus on seafood and fish, dishes such as Roasted Halibut with Organic Chicken Dumpling Curry, Squid Keema on Wok Tossed Vermicelli and Heritage Black Carrot Halwa Tart with Cardamom Ice-Cream will be making an appearance.
