Dinner parties have never been so easy with an international chef with you in your kitchen! The premise is simple, but fascinating – a professional chef specialising in regional cuisines comes to you via Skype live from that location.
The chef introduces themselves and their country and region, and gives you some background on the dishes from their area. You’ll then be taken on a culinary journey, from how to prepare the ingredients to cooking a real and authentic meal step by step.
Over the space of two and a half hours, you’ll have the opportunity to converse with an international chef, who will guide you through the cooking process. You’ll discover fascinating facts about the culture of your chosen cuisine, as well as personal stories from the chef. From the preparation of ingredients, through to the finished product, you’ll be personally guided on how to prepare and cook two to three dishes of your choice of gastronomical style.
Without ever having stepped out of your kitchen, you’ll leave with a glorious meal, a recipe booklet to recreate your dishes, and a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips. So, grab a bottle of wine and some friends and relax – knowing that nothing can go wring at this dinner party!
