Description

Hutong was inspired by its namesake in Hong Kong. The original, narrow streets of Beijing were named as such and, just as they preserve memories, so the restaurants preserve cuisine.

In contrast to the sweet, sour and subtle flavours of southern Cantonese fare, Fei Wang has developed a journey through the fiery spices of further north. Originally from Chengdu, the capital of China’s Szechuan province, Wang creates food that is both fiery and formidable. At only 36, he cooks as if he’s being doing it for centuries.

The décor is reminiscent of the Hong Kong original, with plenty of dark wood and, most impressively, a magnificent view over London from its perch in Europe’s tallest building. During your Signature Lunch, you can expect elegant dishes such as lobster dumplings with Szechuan chilli sauce, as well as firm favourites like wok-tossed beef tenderloin.

Over the span of a menu of luxurious dishes, you are invited to take in the London skyline as you dine in the sky.
