Choose from a great selection of teas, brought to your table with a show of smoky volcanic dry ice, and enjoy delicious savouries such as truffle and mushroom tart and smoked salmon with avocado on blinis. This is followed by decadent scones with Devonshire clotted cream and homemade strawberry preserve, which you get to flavour with an assortment of toppings using test tubes.
