Award-winning restaurant, Hutong is set against a back drop of stunning views from level 33 of The Shard - Western Europe’s tallest building. The establishment not only boasts the best of Northern Chinese cuisine, but also toilets with the best lookout in London.
Hutong’s cuisine is inspired by the dishes served in the imperial palaces of old Peking. Based on the ‘Lu school’ cuisine of Shandong Province, the menu masterfully captures the delicacy and depth of flavour of Northern Chinese cooking.
Hutong’s Experience Lunch Menu includes a picture-perfect selection of delicate, multi-coloured dim sum which are bound to burst with flavour upon biting. This is the perfect way to discover the variety and complexity of Chinese cooking, perfected by Head Chef, Fei Wang.
Hutong has succeeded in bringing contemporary, elegant Chinese cuisine to London. The sultry dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, glowing red lanterns and oriental dark-wood paneling, offer a luxurious setting, perfect for any lunch occasion.
