Taisteal, the newest addition to that landscape, celebrates its ethos within its name, which is Scots Gaelic for ‘journey’.Chef, Gordon Craig is known for his attention to texture, presentation and flavour in preparing carefully crafted and cleverly devised dishes. During your five-course dinner and drinks pairing, you’ll be welcomed with a drink and shown to your table. Thereafter an evening of global travel awaits.With an eclectic mix of dishes such as celeriac velouté with chorizo, roast rump of lamb with lamb tortellini and dark chocolate cremeux, drinks are carefully selected and paired with each dish to ensure maximum flavour and enjoyment. Taster menu Experience

Very delightful experience, staff customer service was very good as was the food. Chef catered menu specifically for me due to my food allergies. Would certainly recommend this restaurant.
