Discover the secrets of classic French patisserie, on a 5-star weekend for two people in romantic Paris.
Experience a three-hour cookery course, led by a professional chef, which allows you to explore the most fun and exciting part of French cuisine; dessert! In this hands-on pastry masterclass, you'll learn about legendary dishes including vanilla crème brûlée, molten chocolate cake, soufflé, glacé, strawberry macarons, classic tarte tatin, and more. The group classes are designed to be as fun, personal and enjoyable as possible, with a maximum of four others joining you on the day.
In classes held on a Monday, Wednesday or Saturday, you will learn how to prepare 5-6 classic French desserts from scratch, using fresh, seasonal produce. On Thursdays (and as an alternative option on Mondays), the class is dedicated to the magic of macarons, teaching you how to prepare 3 different flavours of this sweet Parisian treasure. Whichever you opt for, becoming an expert in these French delights is an experience to treasure - and taking them away to eat is even better.
As well as creating fine French cuisine, you'll be able to relax and enjoy some of the world's finest gastronomy. At one of the capital's most revered Michelin star restaurants, savour inventive local cuisine as part of a tasting menu dinner that's sure to provide an unforgettable culinary experience.

Restaurant: Dinner is inclusive of a tasting menu for two people. Drinks are not included, these and any extras can simply be purchased on site. Service charge is not included; this is left to the customer's discretion on the day.
