Celebrity chef and people’s favourite, Raymond Blanc OBE opened The Raymond Blanc Cookery School in association with his restaurant in 1991. Head tutor Mark Peregrine, who was Blanc's very first apprentice, brings over 30 years of experience to his classes. Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons regularly turns out amazing UK chefs, including three finalists of 2014's Young National Chef of the Year award. Impress your nearest and dearest by designing the perfect menu, cooking and serving dinner at The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. You’ll have the unique opportunity to enjoy one-on-one menu consultation with a cookery school skilled tutor, who will be on-hand as your sous chef on the day of the event. An expert sommelier will also advise on wine to pair with each course. Access the dining space from the afternoon onwards to prepare your meal. Suitable for up to eight guests, the space is entirely your own to entertain in.
