Using traditional methods, sustainably-sourced ingredients and strictly no artificial additives, food is nutritional and wholesome. You’ll learn top tips on how to eat more healthily, as well as discovering how to optimise your body’s energy. During the fermented foods workshop, you’ll be introduced to your microbiome and the role it plays in your system.

The classes at Healthy Body Happy Mind Project are informal and relaxed, but well structured. They feature a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking, led by highly qualified and experienced nutritionists and chefs. There is always plenty of opportunity to ask questions in class and every session involves tasting all the food that has been made, further enhancing your ability to become a skilled home cook.

On completion of your day, you’ll receive an email with a comprehensive description of each technique used, as well as the recipes of your feast. Alongside that, you’ll have access to a wide range of online mindfulness and meditation sessions, as well as yoga, pilates and stretching videos. The path to health and happiness starts here!
