During your full day chocolate masterclass, you will learn about the intricacies of the chocolate process, including where the chocolate comes from and how to prepare and flavour it accordingly. You’ll also try out a number of professional techniques such as tempering, enrobing, shaping the fillings and decorating the chocolates with colourful ingredients.

To start your day, you’ll be invited to a Cookery School breakfast, followed by a tasting of globally renowned chocolate brands such as Original Beans, Amadei and Valrhona. You’ll then get to create your very own truffles, ganache, rochers, discs and chocolate shapes before taking a well-deserved break.
