During your 45-minute ‘Outer Glow’ treatment, a trained therapist will polish you from shoulders to toes with Temple Spa's 'Sugar Buff Body Scrub'. Your face will be exfoliated with a Breakfast Smoothie scrub; a nutritious mask that cleanses and polishes the skin. The invigorating and refreshing treatment will leave your skin soft, revitalised and hydrated.

Separate male and female changing rooms are available, but note that the steam room is mixed gender.
