Description

South American food has officially swept London. At the forefront of that movement has been Argentina native Chef Diego Jacquet and his neighbourhood restaurant located near Marble Arch. Zoilo is the perfect playground from which Chef Jacquet showcases his innovative take on 'cocina Argentina'.

Jacquet honed his craft working under world-renowned chefs; including Marcus Samuelsson of double-Michelin starred Aquavit restaurant in New York, and Ferran Adria of El Bulli in Roses. And it is this education that allowed the chef to produce deceivingly-complex food, with utmost refinement.

Your experience will begin with a welcoming signature cocktail or aperitif – the Mr. Hendricks comes highly recommended – as well as a series of small sharing plates such as Queso de Chancho and Provoleta. The culinary experience continues with unique dishes including Humita and Crab; described by food critic Giles Coren as “sublime”.

You’ll be served the 'Asado'; a grilled flank steak with bone marrow jus. Follow dinner with the cult hit dulce de leche crème brûlée, served with banana split ice cream. An indulgent finish to this unique reinterpretation on Argentinian cuisine.
