Tina Stone invites you to be a part of her very own kitchen. Originating from Java in Indonesia, she grew up around food. Surrounded by rice paddies, her mother prepared and sold her home-made meals to the villages near her home. Learning to cook from a young age, Tina is a wealth of information and knowledge when it comes to Asian food.

Discovering more about the region of your choice, Tina will introduce you to a selection of spices and ingredients. You’ll learn where the spices originate from and how they can be used effectively in your dishes to enhance the flavour. Preparing a three-course meal from scratch, Tina’s expert guidance will give you the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

With plenty of time to chat and ask questions, every session involves tasting all the food that has been made, further enhancing your ability to become a skilled home cook. On completion of your day, you’ll receive a special folder with a comprehensive description of each technique used, as well as the recipes of your feast.
