Club Gascon is a Michelin-starred salute to haute French cuisine in the City of London. The seven-course tasting menu offers delicious dishes, including the restaurant's award-winning and innovative take on traditional foie gras.

Chef Pascal Aussignac hails from Toulouse, and his Gascony roots are evident in the imaginative dishes he dreams up for this seductive menu. Aussignac's skills were sharpened with the help of some of France's master chefs, such as Gerard Vie, Alain Dutournier and Guy Savoy. Having opened Club Gascon in 1998 with much critical acclaim, it was little surprise when the restaurant gained its first Michelin star shortly afterwards, in 2002.

Club Gascon has a culinary edge with creative concoctions that make it wonderfully unique. Flavours are bold, with past dishes including 'Ox Oh La La': marbled duck foie gras, oxo, plum wine and Armagnac. Club Gascon's wine cellar is also well stocked with numerous specially imported wines. Wine pairings to the tasting menu are available and chosen by the knowledgeable head sommelier.
