Alain Ducasse is celebrated as one of the most famous chefs in the world. Awarded 18 Michelin stars across the globe, from Paris to Tokyo, Las Vegas to Hong Kong, he has also made history being the only chef ever to attain three Michelin stars at three venues simultaneously.

At Ducasse’s eponymous flagship restaurant in Mayfair, the Table Lumière is the striking centrepiece. Surrounded by a luminescent oval curtain of 4,500 shimmering fibre-optic lights which drop dramatically from the ceiling, the Table Lumière cleverly allows guests to enjoy the ambience and buzz of the restaurant whilst being nearly screened from view.

The experience allows guests to tailor their own table setting by choosing from a selection of four vintage Hermès crockery collections, including ‘Rythme rouge’, ‘Mesclun’, ‘Century’ and ‘Fil d’Argent’. Also decorating the table are the finest creations of Puiforcat silverware, table ornaments and Saint-Louis glassware.

Guests will be able to enjoy a bespoke Seasonal menu, showcasing Alain Ducasse’s ambitious, creative and refined French cuisine expertly interpreted by Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet. The restaurant consistently champions seasonal produce, much of which is sourced from British and French suppliers.

To complement the menu, Head Sommelier, Vincenzo Arnese’s exquisite wine pairing - the ‘Wine Experience’ includes vintage and rare wines and grand cru Champagnes, expertly matched with each dish.
