Everest Base Camp stands at a whopping 5 300 meters above sea level, 3 500 metres shy of the summit. Although one cannot see the actual summit from Base Camp, there is a picturesque view of Nuptse and of the infamous Khumbu Icefall, renowned as one of the most treacherous sections of the Everest ascent.
As part of this exclusive experience, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an hour-long stop at Everest Base Camp, relishing in the majestic views and chatting to mountaineers and sherpas alike. English-speaking guides, with over 15 years’ experience of trekking in the Himalayas, offer a wealth of knowledge and interesting stories about the mountain.
The private helicopter experience is led by experienced professionals from Trekking Guide Team Adventure and lasts three to four hours.
