Former thespian and managing director of Gaucho for almost ten years, Martin Williams, is the man behind the meat. Named aptly after the first letter of his name, M restaurants offer something truly unique.
But, steak remains the crown jewel of M. M Grill offers meat from six countries – USA, Argentina, France, Italy, South Africa, Australia – each carefully selected to showcase the best cut of each. The USDA is soft enough to slice with a spoon, rich in flavour, charred crisply, with a little salt lifting its taste. The Italian rib-eye is cooked skilfully: blood-red rare, but the meat firm enough to cause delight.
The International Steak Feast will take you on a global adventure, tasting an array of different cuts of meat from various countries. After a champagne arrival, your gastronomic journey will commence. Tuck in to a 500g international steak board including USDA Prime Fillet, Argentinian Rump, Normandy Sirloin, Botswana Rib-Eye and Blackmore Skirt, served with complementary sides and sauces of your choice. The private members’ lounge will also be open to you and your guest throughout your dining experience.
