With more than 12 years’ experience as a cookery teacher, including seven years at the renowned Grange Cookery School, Diana’s vibrant personality shines through in all of her interactive culinary courses. Established in 2004, the cookery school is just like its owner - lively, fun and willing to push the boundaries on cookery norms. Passionate about teaching their students about food rather than merely following a recipe, The Avenue’s team of dedicated chefs put the fun back into cooking!

With atmospheric candles and potted herbs, the school’s kitchen emits a sense of warmth you’d expect to find in your own home. You’ll be greeted with an enthusiastic welcome from your chef instructor, before taking your place at your cooking station. Adorned with professional utensils and fresh ingredients, you can look forward to using the very best free-range Clarence Court Eggs in your perfect pasta parcels.

An experienced pasta chef will brief you on what’s to come, demonstrating the techniques that turn fresh ingredients into mouth-watering pasta. Then it’s time to get your own flour-covered hands mixing, kneading and rolling your dough to the correct consistency. Get creative cutting the dough into the iconic ravioli frame, and finally fill them with your own delicious fillings and sauces.
