Guests will receive expert guidance in creating and implementing a healthy long-term routine, improving health and energy levels.

As with all programmes at SHA, the Intensive Detox and Weight Control programme follows the principles of the pioneering 'SHA Method', combining cutting-edge Western treatments with more traditional Eastern therapies. All guests receive a series of consultations with experts in a multitude of disciplines, putting in place a personalised programme for the stay; including sessions with a personal trainer, and a prescribed diet to help guests purify, detox, and slim down.
