Behind the gates of Ashcombe Estate, an extraordinary weekend awaits. Guests spend two nights surrounded by the Wiltshire countryside, staying in an individually designed en-suite room with breakfast included.

Saturday can be spent exploring the estate or enjoying optional activities available at an additional cost, including group yoga, sauna and wild lake swimming.

On Saturday evening, the centrepiece arrives: a guest chef tasting menu cooked over fire in Guy Ritchie’s lakeside WildKitchen, bringing together outstanding food, open-fire cooking and the relaxed atmosphere of the estate.

More About Ashcombe Estate x Carousel

Set within 1,100 acres of Wiltshire countryside, Ashcombe Estate is the private family home of filmmaker Guy Ritchie. The working estate looks across Cranborne Chase and combines historic surroundings with individually designed accommodation by Edward Hurst.

For its summer collaboration with Carousel, Ashcombe welcomes a changing line-up of acclaimed guest chefs to the lakeside WildKitchen. The distinctive copper-and-canvas kitchen is built around cooking over fire, with each chef creating a one-night-only menu for a small group of guests.

The farmhouse itself features antiques, open fires and artworks from the family collection, while its interiors have been featured in House & Garden.

  • No dogs are permitted, with the exception of service dogs
  • This experience is not suitable for children under 10 years old
  • Yoga class, sauna access and a wild swimming pass are available for an additional £50 per person
