Take the controls of the iconic B206 Jet Ranger helicopter and experience the thrill of piloting one of aviation’s most recognisable machines. Under the expert guidance of a qualified instructor, participants will have the chance to fly this powerful aircraft over the stunning countryside surrounding Elstree. You can invite up to 3 friends to join in the adventure! Please note the number of passengers may vary depending on weight restrictions to ensure everyone's safety.

The experience begins with a detailed safety briefing and an introduction to the helicopter’s controls. Once airborne, the instructor will demonstrate key flying techniques before handing over the controls for a truly hands-on flight experience. You'll be in the pilot's seat, learning how to manoeuvre the aircraft and soar through the skies.

Once landed you will be escorted back to the Flying School where you will receive your certificate of achievement and will have the opportunity to purchase any photos or DVD footage of your lesson. This is a great keepsake to WOW your friends and family with your flying skills and relive the moment again and again!

For safety reasons, guests must be able to speak and understand English.

Due to health and safety reasons, guests are required to be able to get in and out of the helicopter unaided.

Height, age and weight restrictions apply; guests are expected to be in reasonable health and agile enough to get in and out of the helicopter unaided. You should not take part if you suffer from epilepsy, vertigo or if you are pregnant.

Maximum weight limit per person is 20 stone (127kg).

Minimum pilot height is 4’ 6” and maximum is 7″ or 213cm.

Minimum pilot age is 10 years (adult supervision required for under 16s on airfield premises).
