These skills transfer easily to any coffee beans, so you’ll come away with the knowledge of how to avoid common coffee errors such as thin and sour or slow and muddy shots. You’ll also learn proper dosing, distribution and tamping techniques to get consistent results; espresso recipes and how to get the best from each bean; recipe variables that can affect how your espresso tastes and how to properly steam and texture milk for silky smooth results.You’ll also receive a complimentary 200g bag of Union Hand-Roasted coffee to take home and enjoy.
