Restaurant Martin Wishart is one of Britain’s most celebrated restaurants, twice being named “Scottish Restaurant of the Year” by The Good Food Guide. The restaurant's tasting menu spans six courses, comprising of traditional dishes, with their distinctive look and taste, and contemporary dishes that uniquely balance new, exciting flavours with spectacular textures. With a dedication to quality, locally sourced and sustainable produce, Chef Wishart conjures up dishes such as grilled Orkney scallop with braised pig's trotter on the meats menu, while the fish and shellfish menu showcases seafood favourites such as Shetland monkfish. A vegetarian tasting menu is also available.
