Description

Tucked under the railway arches in Brixton, discover London Beer Lab, an independent micro-brewery offering beer making workshops, a bottle shop, grower fills and home supplies. Their philosphy is to teach Londoner's how to make beer. London Beer Lab is the brainchild of Bruno Alajouanine and Karl O'Connor, who realised that many potential home-brewers live in flats too small for home-brewing.

The half day experience begins with a brief introduction and details of the brewing process before the marathon brewing session commences. Guided by master brewers, guests will create a range of different beers, ales, or stouts during the workshop. You have the choice to return after 2 to 4 weeks once the fermenting process is complete to collect 12 bottles of your own creation, or take home 8 bottled beers on the day. The perfect fun and rewarding brewing experience for beer enthusiasts.
