Tucked under the railway arches in Brixton, discover London Beer Lab, an independent micro-brewery offering beer making workshops, a bottle shop, grower fills and home supplies. Their philosphy is to teach Londoner's how to make beer. London Beer Lab is the brainchild of Bruno Alajouanine and Karl O'Connor, who realised that many potential home-brewers live in flats too small for home-brewing.The half day experience begins with a brief introduction and details of the brewing process before the marathon brewing session commences. Guided by master brewers, guests will create a range of different beers, ales, or stouts during the workshop. At the end of your brew day, you have the choice to take home a 5 litre homebrew equipment starter kit or enjoy a £25 store credit at the London Beer Lab shop.
