MORE ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

Instantly recognisable by its stained-glass ceiling windows and marble columns, Belga Queen is situated inside the former Hôtel de la Poste and Crédit du Nord bank - a stunning 19th century landmark building.

Belga Queen reinvents Belgian cuisine for the modern palate. Head Chef Antoine Pinto creates stunning dishes of the highest quality exclusively from Belgian sources, ensuring Belga Queen is an ambassador of “Made in Belgium”.

The four-course Suggestions menu swears by Belgian recipes, Belgian ingredients, and of course, quality, handpicked and perfectly paired Belgian beers.

In Pinto’s own definition “brasserie style cuisine is above all a cuisine of top quality ingredients, served without perversion or showing off, but always in search of originality. And even more so, an original surrounding that breaks with the classic image of the stereotype French brasserie.”

On a privately guided tour with an expert at Brussels’ Chocolate Museum, guests will go on a journey through the history of chocolate; learning how cocoa is grown, how chocolate is made and discovering the surprising and savoury combination of two of the most recognisable Belgian specialties: beer and chocolate.

In a private tasting in the cellars, with one of the Museum’s experts, savour the unique opportunity to compare and contrast five home-grown Belgian beers with differing styles of indulgent Belgian chocolate (white, milk and dark chocolate and hand-made pralines).

Perched atop perhaps Brussels’ most iconic landmark, the IT Tower’s double Michelin-starred restaurant, La Villa in the Sky, dominates the city’s skyline. Sat inside the contemporary glass structure, a sweeping panorama of the whole city opens up, and as the sun sets in the evening, Brussels comes to life as you dine.

Orchestrating this melodic dining experience is Chef Alexandre Dionisio. After reaching the semi-finals of TV’s Top Chef in 2010, Alexandre opened his own restaurant; receiving his first Michelin star after six months of opening. Then, in 2013, Gault & Millau named Alexandre ‘Best Young Chef in Brussels’.

Alexandre’s ‘In the Sky’ menu excites with the freshest of seasonal products. The daily-changing menu is in a constant state of evolution, showcasing Alexandre’s exceptional spontaneous inspiration, incredible attention to detail and creativity; all of which make for a faultless and unforgettable meal.
