The country house hotel and restaurant is the first Michelin-starred kitchen in the UK to have its own cookery school. Located in a dedicated area in the Manoir kitchen, guests are never far away from the thrill of service.
Many courses focus on recipes important to Raymond Blanc, showcasing dishes that inspired him to become the Michelin-starred chef he is today. Under the expert guidance of the school’s director Mark Peregrine and his team of chefs, guests can choose from a range of courses from how to prepare seasonal desserts to advanced filleting skills to create a variety of fish dishes, including Le Manoir classics.
Learn from the best and enhance your culinary skills in a practical and supportive learning environment, in one of the most luxurious and beautiful gastronomic destinations. The perfect place to brush up on some old skills and learn new ones.
Work with the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced locally and produce from the onsite kitchen garden that supplies both the cookery school and the hotel’s restaurant. Guests also get to sample the exemplary cuisine as you break for lunch and tea.

Each course will be held in small groups of up to 10 people.
Please state any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
At least 14 days’ notice is required for any cancellations.
This experience is not available on bank holidays and other special occasion days such as Valentine’s Day.
All bookings are subject to availability. Booking may be required up to 8 weeks in advance for popular courses.
Classes are taught in The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. Note that this is separate to Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons' restaurant kitchens.
